MCDGAS provides plumbing and heating services. Call-out fees, labour, and emergency call-outs are non-refundable once attendance or work has begun, except where required by law.

If work is cancelled before attendance, any advance payment may be refunded minus reasonable costs incurred.

If you believe work is faulty or incomplete, please contact us promptly. We will aim to inspect and rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are offered only where a fault cannot be resolved.

Parts supplied are subject to manufacturer warranties and are non-refundable once installed unless proven faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
